We will need to speak over the phone to confirm One-on-One training sessions.
You are required to abide by standard mountain bike park rules which includes wearing a helmet. It is highly suggested you wear mountain biking gloves.
Part of all training fees received will be donated to the park the training takes place at.
You will be asked to sign a form releasing Discover Mountain Biking and myself from any harm you may come to during training. If my instructions are followed the chances of anything beyond a few bruises and scratches is minimal. However, advanced forms of mountain biking skills are inherently dangerous.
